ImageBiopsy Lab is a Vienna-based, international Health-AI Start-Up in the field of medical diagnostics. Our focus is the application and development of novel algorithms in the field of machine learning, deep learning, fractal algorithms, cloud computing and teleradiology.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Work on a social media plan in line with business objectives – support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity
  • Manage existing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) ensuring a high-level of customer engagement
  • Develop innovative ideas for content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push IB Lab’s positioning as THE AI-leader in MSK radiology
  • Get the best out of our marketing automation software (we use ZOHO Social) so we can track our inbound marketing initiatives event better
  • Optimize our Google analytics to get more online visibility
  • Create and update website pages (WordPress)

Required qualifications:

  • A BSc or MSc (in progress) in marketing with specialization in digital content marketing and/or digital communications
  • You have an EU passport or work permit for Austria
  • You can dedicate 6 months full-time (38,5 h/week) to this internship

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • You will define the process framework for our regulatory factory for AI-based products and guide in the strategic directions
  • You analyze and interpret international laws, ordinances, standards and for medical device manufacturers and independently derive the resulting regulatory requirements for our Digital Health products
  • Coordinate and manage regulatory actions to file for CE certification and FDA approval of AI-based medical device software solutions
  • Ensure compliance with standards applicable to medical device software development, such as IEC 62304, 62366, 82304, ISO 14971 etc
  • Maintain and improve product development processes within our Quality Management System to comply with  ISO 13485
  • Coordinate and oversee risk management activities
  • Provide support for planning and supervising clinical trials in compliance with ISO 14155
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, MDR and HIPAA
  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements
  • Support the team in the evaluation and approval of product changes and marketing documents within the scope of the approvals
  • Support audits and inspections by external bodies
  • Lead and advise the team on technical questions and support in further training

Required qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a master’s degree in a technical or clinical field, preferably in engineering, medicine, medical engineering or (medical) informatics
  • You can offer extensive professional experience in regulatory affairs for Software as Medical Device
  • Experience with certification of medical device software solutions
  • You have a sound knowledge of international laws, standards and regulations for licensing medical devices, and of the business processes of medical device manufacturers (e.g. MDD & MDR, 21CFR 820; ISO 13485; IEC 62304; IEC 62366; ISO 14971, 82304, 14155)
  • Knowledge of the FDA approval process for medical devices
  • Experience with agile development processes
  • Ideally you have a knowledge of clinical processes, decision support systems and/or radiological systems and its software applications

  • Working in a fast-paced environment providing Clinical Support on our product line
  • Reach out to partners and understand their requirements advancing the integration of our software on an individual customer level

  • Create Software Verification and Validation Plans; execute and report these in a standardized manner
