Technical Customer & Support Representative (m/f/d)
Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Being an interface between our company and our customers.
- Communicate requirements, responsibilities and services to our customers and internal departments.
- Create and maintain IBLab installations and installation projects.
- Contribute to our installation and maintenance processes.
- Manage the helpdesk and take phone support responsibilities.
- Participate in data gathering and analysis for Post-Market Surveillance activities
Qualifications:
- Mission-driven and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes
- Professional education in the IT domain, preferably with medical background
- Good understanding of the DICOM Standard beneficial
- Experience with computer networking
- Experience with virtualization (Docker, Virtual Machines), agile development (Jira) beneficial
- The official company language is English, therefore, a working knowledge of English is required
